It is my pleasure to introduce you to our company, American Gemstone Authority, LLC. We offer complete jewelry manufacturing solutions for businesses and individuals looking for a more cost effective solution to manufacture high quality jewelry products in a timely, efficient, and precise manner. We are an American company with fully owned manufacturing facilities in Bangkok, Thailand. We focus on manufacturing very high quality jewelry for our customers at affordable cost.
Our main jewelry manufacturing facilities are located in the heart of Thailand's main jewelry and gemstone district inbetween Suriwong and Silom Road in Bangkok, making visits directly to our factory very easy for our clients. Our facilities are comprised of two office buildings on Suriwong where we do everything from casting to plating.
Our manufacturing proccess includes extensive QC which is done in stages. Pieces of jewelry being manufactured are QC'd in wax, after casting, again before polishing, again after setting, again after plating, and finally are inspected a last time when packing for shipping. This proccess allows for us to maintain very high quality standards and catch problems as they arise wrather then late down the road.
Our customer support, fluent in English and on site at our manufacturing office in Thailand, will maintain constant communication with you throughout the development proceess, ensuring accurate implementation of design details and keeping you up to date with real time progress.
On this website you will find information pertaining to our jewelry manufacturing procedures as well as quotations and payment processes. Please be aware that when viewing our website from within Thailand, China, and India, much of the content is disabled. In this case, please feel free to request additional information from us directly.
Our website is always being updated. We are still working on getting our online product tracking systems operational so that clients may track their products, invoices, and quotes online through your passworded customer account. We hope to have this added functionality operational by early 2012.
