Unique Custom Fine Jewelry Pieces

We accept for manufacture unique fine jewelry pieces in 18 or 22 Karat Gold and Platinum. Customers will be involved in the design proccess, will have access to the worlds finest gemstones, and will end up with a one of a kind item. Please see our gemstones section for more details.

Unique Fine Custom Jewelry Procedures:

1. Select submit a project for quotation.
2. Register a new user account
3. Fill in the requested information. Under business type select "Retail Client (One or a few pieces)".
4. You will be redirected to our Custom Product Quotation Form. This will create a product entry into our system.
5. • If you already have a detailed design or pictures displaying multiple views of a piece, then you may upload your description and all relevent details and select "Customer Provided Design". You are encouraged to try and fill out as much of the information present as possible. Using this system, you will immediately have an idea of how much your finished product will cost.
   • If you do not yet have a detailed design or pictures, and would like to engage our designing services and don't really have any idea yet with regards to product weights, gemstones used, etc.. at this time you may select only the design service that you would like, and our customer service reps will fill out the rest for you on design completion.
     
     Where designing is required, it can be done by hand, or via 3D computer modeling. We have 3D photorealistic rendering services available for customers who would like to see 3D CAD models of the their fine jewelry before beginning manufacture.
6. After product submission, select your product, select add to card, then select checkout. You will be charged based on the estimate that you provided, or you may elect for us to lock in funds on your credit card pending review of your quotation for accuracy.
7. Your quotation will be reviewed by one of our staff and updated within 48 hours. If you selected to engage our designing services, it will be updated on design completion.
8. After quotation has been updated you will give authorization to move forward with the product at which point funds will be collected if they have not yet.
9. At this stage we will begin production. Depending on the complexity of the design, this usually takes 3-5 weeks.

In some cases where extraordinary gemstones are involved we will issue an invoice separately for the gemstones apart from the jewelry. We are able to source remarkable and unique gemstones for one off jewelry pieces through our network of partners in mining areas and are able to provide certificates from reputable independent laboratories for gemstones on request. Customers may choose from GIA, AIGS, GRS, GHI, and any other lab with a presence in the Bangkok area.
