Sign Up: Start by making a user account (if you do not yet have one).
Custom project submission: Once logged in; select the link that says “Submit Your Jewellery Design” under the “Quotation” menu.
Designs must be submitted to us through our client-side web portal. All designs submitted in this manner by our business clients are completely confidential, and will never be reproduced without your explicit permission. Through our online system we are able to streamline our communication with you through your user account.

Our invoices are done in such a way as to be as transparent as possible on our pricing. This allows you to get a feel for how much projects will cost before you have even begun to create them. As we are primarily a production company all of our unit prices are geared towards production orders. First prototypes created of a style will also enjoy our regular production prices with no surcharges added outside of development fees for creation of masters, molds, and designs.
When submitting jewellery designs inside your user account, you will see pricing breakdowns of all materials used in your jewellery product. Gold and silver is priced out per gram, and gemstones are generally priced out per piece. For advanced users, our web portal allows you to select your own estimates of material usage when submitting a new jewellery design for quotation. This allows you to receive instant ballpark estimates for new jewellery creations, and further allows you to tailor your product to a specific target budget prior to submission for review.Read more
Via our standard development procedure we will first manufacture a silver prototype of your jewellery design before proceeding with any productions or gold samples. For more information please visit our Jewellery Prototyping section. We require all jewellery prototypes to be paid up front in full. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Once a jewellery prototype model has been accepted you will be free to make production orders at your discretion. Generally goods will be delivered FOB to your carrier of choice.Read more

Question: How to prepare designs for production? The first step in developing a commercial line, like many things, is clarity of vision. It’s very important to know exactly what you want to produce and to be able to communicate this vision efficiently. To accomplish this, you will need one of four things: A master, a sample, a picture, or a sketch.

These conversion tables can approximate the weight of a finished piece of jewellery from a piece of jewelers wax. Simply enter the weight of the wax in the box titled “Your Value”, and the table will automatically calculate

We only accept to stock and use client gemstones from established businesses. Unfortunately if you are a startup you will need to choose from the large selection of gemstones that we regularly stock.
If you are an established business, we are happy to receive your stock, however be aware of the following;
Synthetic Stones; We also work in CZ both white and fancy as well as crystal for colors that are not available in CZ.
All quotations are generated online. You have to create an account and submit your product to receive a quotation from us. When you create a product in your user account, you will see a breakdown of all the components and prices charged for them attached to the product along with labor. We try to make pricing as transparent as possible.
As a fine jewelry manufacturer we work in silver, gold, and platinum, and do not accept work in non-precious metals.
Unless you predict very high order volumes, than generally no. It would be very difficult for us to maintain separate raw material stocks as we would have to stock casting trees in each alloy adequate to meet projected order volumes. We would also have to increase our recycling frequency which would in turn increase our waste.

Silver 925 (Ultra Hard – DeOx): Our DeOx alloy tarnishes slower than Silver 925 alloyed with copper. It is a proprietary alloy, does not contain Nickel or Cadmium, and is fully REACH compliant.
We will never knowingly violate trademark or copyright law. You, the client, must certify to us that you are the owner of any intellectual property that you have us manufacture. That said, legally you are allowed to draw inspiration from other designers or replicate designs that are public domain. In short, you are allowed to draw inspiration from other works to create your own; this is normal, and part of the artistic process, but you are not allowed to exactly copy other copyrighted works, or to ask us to put a trademark or manufacturers mark that you do not own onto your jewelry.
Copyright law, especially when applied to jewelry designs can be very complicated. If you are not sure whether you have the right to manufacture something, consult a IP lawyer before beginning. Please note that in our manufacturing agreements, you will agree to the following:
“Purchaser certifies that all intellectual property disclosed to Manufacturer in connection with this agreement is Purchaser’s original works, or that Purchaser has legal rights to reproduce said intellectual property and has authority to authorize Manufacturer to reproduce said intellectual property on Purchaser’s behalf. Purchaser assumes all legal liability for any third party claims resulting from Manufacturer’s reproduction of Purchaser’s intellectual property should they arise. In the event that Manufacturer is required to respond to a third party or law enforcement subpoena or court order that is related to Purchaser’s use of the Site or Products, Manufacturer may, in Manufacturer’s sole discretion, require Purchaser to reimburse Manufacturer for Manufacturer’s reasonable expenses associated with complying with such subpoena or order.”
